Rapid Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. sales is returnable subject to manufacturing defect. You can conveniently return/replace any product purchased on www.rapidro.in within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The customer will notify the Company via email (customercare@rapidro.in), within 7 days of delivery of Products any manufacturing defects noticed and give the Company or its authorised agent adequate opportunity to inspect, test and remedy them. In the absence of such intimation it shall be presumed that the Products have been received in good order and condition. The Inspection and Test Report of the Company’s office/service centre will be final and binding on the customer.
The Products can be returned only before installation.
If the Buyer desires to return the Product without any cause after it has been delivered to the Buyer, then the same shall be permitted to be returned only after deduction of the applicable delivery charges from the amount of refund generated in favour of the Buyer.5
The Product shall not be allowed to be returned if the Product ID/Serial No./Unit No. is tampered and/or when the original packaging of the product is not available.

Once your product has been collected and received, we will initiate the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which was used to pay for the purchase. Please note that no refunds are made by cheque or cash.
Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are refunded within 15-21 days after the shipment has been picked up.

                        You will get a mail in response from the company in which the acceptance of return will be given

                        well as contact details will be provided to you to contact the company representative in this

                        Prepare the product with its original packaging and book the product to a good courier company
                        at
                        the company's billing address (as given in the bill). If there is any problem in booking at the
                        company's billing address then book the product at the following address- 1 Rajani Complex,

                        Step 04 
                        Once product has been collected and received, Our representative will inspect the unit then We
                        will
                        replace/return the product or initiate the refund process within 15-21 working days.
                    
The buyer himself shall be responsible for any damages/breaks during the return process of the product.
