The Buyer can cancel any order only before dispatch of goods by the Vendor. The Buyer may cancel any order before dispatch, by getting in touch with the Customer Care service team on their Helpline number for Rapid RO Installation & Service 7742886677, 7742226677 or on their e-mail id customercare@rapidro.in within 48 hours of placing the order. Any payment made by the Buyer for such an order shall be refunded to the Buyer within 15 to 21 working days of receiving the request for cancellation.

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless acceptance of such cancellation is agreed by us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order placed, without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Cancellations of orders is possible only before the order is invoiced for shipment.

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by filling your Order Id and Product details here. Upon receiving your Cancellation Request we will initiate the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which was used to pay for the purchase. Please note that no refunds are made by cheque or cash.

Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are refunded within 15-21 days after the shipment has been picked up.
